The ElpixPlay service is available exclusively for Android-based devices. We are currently working on extending support to other platforms.

To download the app in APK format, use the Dashboard or Devices tabs.

The minimum Android version that supports the app: 8.0.

For the app to work properly, it is necessary to grant all required permissions, including:

• Permission to display over other apps.
• Other required permissions specified in the app.

warningNote:

• To avoid errors and receive new features, periodically update the app. Users will be notified about new updates.

Before using our service, you need to fill out your account information.

Personal Data

• Enter First Name.
• Enter Last Name.
• Click Save to save the data.

Organization Details

• Enter Organization Name.
• Enter the country and time zone corresponding to your organization.
• Click Save to save the data.

If necessary, change the site language.

On the homepage, you will find news, the option to download the app file, and contact links.

This page displays information about connected devices. To add a device, click add device and enter the necessary information:

• Enter the code from the app.
• Name the device.

warningNote:

• For accounts with a trial subscription, only one device can be added. For other accounts, the number of devices depends on the subscription plan.

Add media files on this page:

• Videos: .mp4, .avi
• Images: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif

warningNote:

• Maximum file size: 50 MB.
• Before deleting a file, disconnect it from all slides.

Add widgets in .html format (e.g., weather or ticker). Click Add Widget to upload.

• Maximum file size: 5 MB.
• Before deleting a file, disconnect it from all slides.

Create layouts for your slides.

• Click Create Layout.
• Select the device or screen size for the layout.
• Create layout elements, add them to the screen, and adjust the sizes.
• Save or delete the layout.

warningNote:

• The layout may not display correctly if its size does not match the screen.
• Slides created from a deleted layout will continue to work, but to edit them, a new layout must be selected.

Create slides

• Click Create Slide.
• Select the screen orientation and layout.
• Add media files and widgets to the slide.
• Set the positioning, size, and background.
• Save or delete the slide.

warningNote:

• Before deleting the slide, disconnect it from all playlists.

Create playlists to broadcast your slides.

• Click Create Playlist.
• Enter the name and select the devices for broadcasting.
• Add slides and set their duration.
• Preview to see the results.
• Save and activate the playlist for broadcasting.

warningNote:

• The preview may not always be accurate as it will appear on the actual screen.

Create schedules to plan the broadcasting of your playlists.

• Click Create Schedule.
• Enter the name and select the playlist.
• Specify the date and time, or choose the display interval, such as once a day or once a week.
• Save and activate the schedule for broadcasting.

warningNote:

• The schedule will work according to the time zone specified in your account settings.
